A.I. station

The station capacity reaches for the position of 200 test bulls and waiting bulls. By logical advancement in the personnel and specialised technical area bull‘s position and semen production in Georgsheil have international standard. The high standard is further protected by equipment of an ISO-quality assurance program in 2000. Meanwhile semen of Georgsheiler bulls was marketed successfully in more than 30 countries of the world under leadership of the GGI.
The insemination is organized about 27 insemination engineers. Besides, 27 engineers work in 4 groups and suitable representation staff. The well qualified engineers are an important support for the farms in all areas of the breeding, insemination and fertility.
The aim of the A.I. and ET-station Georgsheil, about the insemination and about the embryo transfer the quality of the cattle breeding in East Friesland and with it the economic efficiency on the agricultural farms is further to be improved.
